Based on the data from just today, not many people are navigating to the “/academics-and-training/programs-and-degrees” page but are instead going to the “home page”, the “login page”, and the “current students” page. One reason for this might be that everyone who has logged onto NWTC for today has been a student. However, even though I am a student myself, I wouldn’t be able to say off the top of my head where the “/academics-and-training/programs-and-degrees” page is. This is because it is not easy to navigate. When you go to the “home” page, finding the page for academic training, programs, and degrees can be difficult. My final recommendation for the NWTC website would be to make it easier to navigate to the “/academics-and-training/programs-and-degrees” page. This will make it easier for new users to check out other degrees and even try out new training programs that apply to their degree. NWTC is all about helping its students, so I think helping students grow in their careers would be an excellent change to the NWTC website.
