Recommendation 3

A third recommendation I would make for the NWTC website is making it easier and quicker for new people to find “enrollment information”. Based on the data, more than half of the people who visit the portal to enroll for classes aren’t spending a lot of time there. They are just viewing it and then leaving, as opposed to staying active. This could be from the site being confusing to navigate or people are simply looking at classes, not actively enrolling in them.
