The second recommendation that I think would benefit the NWTC website would be to find a way to get more referral users. Referral users are people who get referred to the NWTC homepage from some other website. The data shows that the NWTC website has less than 1,000 referrals in the last month. On the other hand, organic search, direct, and paid search have all had above 2,000 users.
